In order for the icon pack to work YOU NEED TO INSTALL 3RD PARTY LAUNCHER APP. Don’t bother to rant about incompatibility of some of icons that don’t show on Cyanogenmod Theme if you don’t read this note. This version currently does not support Go Launcher.

How to use it (assuming you are already install Nova launcher or Apex launcher)
Nova Launcher:
Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme > Blitz Icon Pack
Apex Launcher:
Apex settings > Theme settings > Blitz Icon Pack > Apply
